Manchester United attacker Cristiano Ronaldo has now scored in four successive Premier League games after he levelled proceedings for his team during the 1-1 draw with Chelsea in a rescheduled encounter. The game had to be moved forward by a few weeks due toFA Cup final commitment on the part of Chelsea.

Manchester United talisman Ronaldo has now scored eight of the last nine goals for his team as far as Premier League football is concerned. He started the scoring with a hat-trick in the 3-2 home win over North London team Tottenham Hotspur, while Harry Kane (penalty) and Harry Maguire (own goal) scored for the visiting team. Ronaldo missed the 1-1 home draw with Leicester City after the international break this month due to illness with Brazil international Fred scoring the equaliser to cancel out the second half opener from Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho.
Ronaldo made it six goals in two games when he returned to score a hat-trick in the 3-2 home victory over bottom team Norwich City. He missed the away game against arch rivals Liverpool last week Tuesday after the tragedy of losing his baby girl. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner returned to action during the 3-1 loss at Arsenal on Saturday.
With his goal against Chelsea, Ronaldo now has 17 league goals and five goals behind leading goalscorer Mohamed Salah.
